Sections During Setup of Company
Evening all, I'm just in the process of setting up my company but there seems to be a few sections to complete. 1. Check whether you'll be limited by shares or guarantee 1. Prepare documents agreeing how to run your company You need to prepare documents agreeing how to run your company. These documents include the : - 'memorandum of association' - 'articles of association' - 'statement of capital' - 'statement of guarantee' Is there any info on how we would set these up? Or can we use the guides on there? Thanks

Hi guys, can anyone please clarify the AML registration fee? Is it £700 or £300 or £400. If you have multiple business that require this does it need to be done for each or is one sufficient? For example, Deal sourcing business and a separate Airbnb/SA business (property management)? Any help would be greatly appreciated

I think the question was can you just make 1 application and maybe use for 2 different types of business i.e deal sourcing, S/A, hmo etc or do you have to make seperate applications for each business...

Guys, a true story on business names 👇
I once read a lender's valuation report on one of our deals, and the valuer didn't like that our company name had the word "Club" in it, or "Sourcing". They're not fans of sourcers, deal sourcers or property clubs. That was only one valuer's opinion, but if one thinks it, others will too. So when you're picking your name, go for something that sounds more like an estate agent. For example, James Property Estate Agency rather than James Property Club. And remember, you can have trading names too. So don't stress if you've already set up your company. What names have you all gone for? Comment 👇 James

For rent to rent i will most likely add either property management or home management but for deal sourcing i was going to add property solutions to the name obviously ltd, let me know what you think...

@James Coupland james quick question a trading company will be for deal sourcing and a property company will be for purchasing properties and does it include rent to rent or shall we call it managing properties for investors and landlords im i right in saying this and would you recommend jyst opening a trading company for now and the property company later and thanks about the name as ive already decided on the name so its nice to know the name works even though its a part of it, also in 1 of my posts i asked if its worth trademarking the name for infringement purposes what do you think....
