Hey everyone,

The live this morning was great!!

So good to be here, albeit a little nervous and a lot of doubt in myself, hoping this place can make successful deal sourcers out of all of us and and allow us to build some great businesses giving us all the life we desire.

I'm based in Staffordshire & Cheshire, have one BTL, quite a long history in property with BTL, R2R HMO's, Lease Options and certain courses/mentorships - failed a lot, cost me a lot, trusted the wrong mentors, almost joined James so many times but always felt that I needed a more 1-2-1 approach plus a lot of my past experiences have somewhat created a procrastinating version of me.

My goal is to replace the job income, make enough to max the ISA and create a great business sourcing and investing.

Interested to see if I can achieve something this time, certainly going to give it a good go!! Really hope I do, hope we all do.

If we can all achieve success from this, from beginners to pro's then there is no reason to ever leave this community and we can all grow together 😊
