Tracking on smaller sizes

Hi everyone. I hope you're having a great Saturday! I've just got my 2nd order (woo hoo) and it is for A4 (USA). I seem to remember somewhere that there is no tracking on smaller prints /parcels. I can't find where I saw this info to print it off for future reference. I know you can pay for tracking to be added for £2 at the point of paying PS (I'm creating the order but it is not giving me the option for this added £2 extra cost) so that I can track the parcel. Also, I seem to remember that the smaller size prints get delivered in a hard back envelope rather than tubes? Sorry for so many questions in one post 🙈Thanks!

Update: I've seen that I have the automated 'add tracking' switched on in the PS portal settings and it has not added the £2 to the prepared order (prepared as I've not yet paid for it - I'm waiting to see how to handle this element first)...
