Hey - I've just signed up, opened an Etsy shop, and watched all your videos - Thanks for the help!

Sorry if you covered this - I want to make it clear to customers that they are buying the poster only, and how they will be packaged and shipped. Do different certain size posters get packaged and shipped differently? eg, re-enforced envelope / cardboard tube ect?

And do customers ever get disappointed that they thought they were ordering a framed poster, ready to hang on the wall...?
