Just before I have a situation escalate, what do you do if a buyer messages and says they haven’t received their print but you have proof of delivery with a photo? I have asked them to check with neighbours but if unsuccessful what should I do next?

Hi guys, currently reevaluating my pricing strategy and i'm struggling to get the rest of world pricing to be competitive and it's doing my head in so i'm debating just sacking off ROW entirely. Does anyone else do this? I'm only on 15 sales right now and they're mainly from US and then a few from UK. Any help appreciated

Message from customer: “You need help with: An item is different from what I expected Your ideal resolution: return Note for seller: The rugby ball in the print just seems a little big and not to scale with the rest of the image. I’d like to return the item.” The print is the exact same as it is on the listing. Any suggestions on how I get this sorted? It’s a framed print
