Which sizes do I put in inches or cm
I am trying to figure out how to list -variations etc .I am planning to list all the sizes on the 'Poster Sizes Explained' Template? Not just the A sizes . - please help I think I am confusing myself ! Thank you 2) Can someone please explain about global shipping . I know I am supposed to increase some prices to absorb the postage . Thanks

@Kezia Luckett They charge the delivery fee inside the price for Uk, USA, Australia and most of europe, any countries outside of that will be £8.50 delivery charge on top of the poster price

Case Orders
Can we get a section on PS, for our case orders. Can see it becoming a bit of nightmare during christmas tryna manage new tracking infos for our customers.

Adding Size Variations
I've started my shop by only selling the "A" size variations and I'm wanting to add the 2:3 ratios Is there any way to add these in bulk on Etsy or do I have to now add them individually to all my listings?

There's a app called vela that you can plug into your etsy, i don't know too much about it but i'm sure you can use it to bulk edit listings, @Mihai Volintiriu knows more about it +

Problem with my order
Hi guys, im pretty new to the whole Etsy selling but i made my first sale last week! The customer however sent it to me and the text had been cut off at the bottom and the top. I've raised it as an issue through the printshrimp website however i've had another order since and i'm nervous to send it as it might be wrong again :( How long do the guys take to get back to you about issues? Will they resolve it for me?

Canva or Photoshop will be your best bet

@Tro Vis If its saying "looking for A size" then it's most likely not an A size that your uploading, if you hover over the png in file explorer it should say the px size then just ask google what the size is and go from there
