Review appeal success?

Has anyone ever had any success when appealing a review?

I know a tricky customer is going to leave me a bad review. She currently gone through Etsy buyer protection even though tracking says it’s due Monday. I’ve replied to all her messages within minutes. She’s taken it upon herself to phone USPS and is saying I’ve done nothing to help which is untrue. Another point is I’ve been replying to messages all weekend when it says my shop is Monday to Friday. I’ve offered replacements, refund , everything you can think of.

The problem is this is my second shop which is relatively new so only has 14 sales and 1 review currently so it’ll bring the average down.
