Refund request
I have had my first refund requests, they said the paper was crinkled . They had a photo attached , it was hard to see clearly to be honest… looked like a tiny kink in it .
Should I ask them if they want a replacement not a refund? And is this something I can go to print shrimp as ask them to replace?
