Printshrimp Importing

Hi, `I usually would import my orders from Etsy to print shrimp for shipping. However, I completed this order on Etsy first before importing the order on Printshrimp and not it won't allow me to import the order. Does this mean that I will just need to manually enter the shipping details on Printshrimp? Thanks
