Postage mix up

Hey,

I’m wondering if anyone has ever experienced an issue with postage, (specifically Evri) mixing up tracking details.

I sold a print in the UK a couple of days ago. The order was created and dispatched as usual.

The tracking info for the print still reads that it’s pre transit however the order has arrived with the buyer.

Here comes the strange bit…the buyer had ordered another print from Etsy (I don’t think through printshrimp). The tracking for that order reads as delivered but it has not actually arrived. The tracking details for the other order is on the parcel that contained my print. The delivery photo from the other order shows the tube that contained my print.

I have said that I will do what I can to help, but at this stage I’m not sure what I actually can do. Best case now is that the tracking details that I have may actually be on the other print she ordered.

She’s struggling to get the other seller to understand what has happened as obviously as far as they are concerned their tracking details show as delivered.

Has anyone ever had this happen before ? Any advice?
