Afternoon all, looking for some advice please. A customer placed an order on the 9th September for a customised print for her partners birthday. Tracking was added on 11th but it has been stuck in Evri’s system and not updated since last weekend. I logged a ticket with Evri and they told me yesterday it would be delivered yesterday but it still hasn’t updated and hasn’t been received, today they’ve replied and said they understand it’s frustrating when a parcel is delayed or lost but they are looking into it. My customer’s partners birthday is on Monday and she is messaging me asking if she can pick it up from somewhere or do something to make sure she gets it this weekend as it’s an A2 print and one of the main presents. What do I do in this situation? I can’t trust Evri so how can I get a new print to my customer this weekend? I’ve looked at local print shops and they’re all ridiculous amounts of money and won’t be ready until Monday.

Just wanted to share this to hopefully motivate someone! It’s been almost a month since I started listing prints and my shop is finally starting to gain some traction. I’ve just reached 200 listings and was starting to worry after having no sales for a week, especially because I thought things were beginning to pick up after a few orders the week before. Then this afternoon I got an order for a framed print for £169.99 and I’m absolutely buzzing! Your sign not to give up and just keep powering through. It’s a lot of hard work at the beginning getting the prints made, listed and everything set up, but it’s the best feeling when someone chooses something you created to put on their wall. Fingers crossed for more sales because I’m absolutely loving this journey!

Evening all! I started 3 weeks ago and I've just listed my 150th print but have found I'm already starting to struggle with ideas and inspiration for new prints. I look through Etsy searches, see whats popular and try and get inspiration from them but I feel like i've even exhausted this method a little over the past week. What is everyone's method for finding ideas for more prints? I'm aiming to get to 500 prints over the next couple of months (seems like a mammoth task at the mo!) I've had 9 sales so very keen to keep adding and build on this.

Hi All Please could someone clarify how I set up the discount when a customer orders 3+ prints in one purchase? I was under the impression that something could be set so that when 3 or more random prints are selected a discount is applied. I have taken inspiration from Tom’s ThisArtPlace shop and created the ‘20% discount for 3+ prints’ image for my listings. However, the only thing I can see to do is to create bundles which is a lot more involved than I had realised. It’s not the same as someone just selecting three prints and a discount being applied so I’m concerned that the offer is a little misleading. A customer would have to purchase a specific bundle rather than selecting three individual prints that they like. Could someone please help clarify for me? Many thanks. Neil
