Need advise on shipping abroad ( outside the uk)

Hi all, im very new to POD and am very concerned about getting it right ( especially for the customer ).

Help, I'm getting confused with using Printshrimp and selling abroad. I understand about the pricing side of selling abroad, but once an order is place for a country that isnt the UK, how do i know what company to select for postage. Does Primshrimp take control of all shipping details and source of a delivery company, and i dont worry about sourcing a delivery company ? or do i need to souce a company for each country i want to ship in ?
