Mockup help

EDIT (I’m ok now, thanks everyone) I can't get my head around mockups and the different file types (before last week the only computer use I had was ordering online 🫣) I bought some mockups from Etsy and me being the idiot that I am thought I would just click on one and poof...my poster would magically fit in the mockup. In simple terms if possible where am I supposed to open them up to edit? Everything I go on seems to need a subscription, I do have the Canva Pro can this be used? I did try but I didn't know how to get my uploads into the mockups where the frames are at an angle 😵‍💫needless to say I have a headache and am just going round in circles now. Is there any videos anyone can recommend please. Anything please.
