Framed Prints to the UK

Hi all, has anyone else been experiencing hold up with framed prints to the UK. On a few occasions now I've had to raise a ticket with PS and also contact the customer apologising for the delay, even though I have marked it as completed on Etsy so I don't get a negative on my dispatch times. Trouble is the framed ones are the sales that make the most profit and I feel it's only a matter of time until someone wants a refund because it's taking too long to be sent.

I'm not one to moan (generally lol) and I am truly thankful I stumbled across PS, my whole experience with PS has been amazing and I couldn't be happier working with them but just wondering how anyone else gets around this to not disappoint the customer?
