How to answer this please?
Just received this from my customer - 'You need help with: An item is different from what I expected Your ideal resolution: return Note for seller: The picture is too small for the price I am not happy this was a gift for a friend please accept my apologies' Obviously they selected the size they wanted and went ahead and paid for the item. I have no returns or exchanges in my policies, so how do I go about responding to this. First time I've had anything like this so any help would be very much appreciated. Thank you

I'm really not keen on offering a refund when sizes are clearly shown and they chose that size so it cannot be not what was expected. I responded with the help from GPT - Hello, Thank you for getting in touch. I’m sorry to hear that the print was smaller than you expected. The size ordered was 5 × 7 inches (13 × 18 cm), as stated in the product listing and selected at checkout. The print you received was therefore made and supplied in the size ordered. As each print is made to order, my shop has a no-returns or exchanges policy. Unfortunately, I’m unable to accept a return because the item matches the size and description selected when the order was placed. I appreciate that this may not be the outcome you were hoping for, and I’m sorry that the print was not suitable for your intended gift. Kind regards, I'm hoping they accept this. It was a framed order too. I'll see how they respond. No doubt I'll get a bad review and I've just got my star seller badge this month too. Hoping I've done the right thing here.
Framed Prints to the UK
Hi all, has anyone else been experiencing hold up with framed prints to the UK. On a few occasions now I've had to raise a ticket with PS and also contact the customer apologising for the delay, even though I have marked it as completed on Etsy so I don't get a negative on my dispatch times. Trouble is the framed ones are the sales that make the most profit and I feel it's only a matter of time until someone wants a refund because it's taking too long to be sent. I'm not one to moan (generally lol) and I am truly thankful I stumbled across PS, my whole experience with PS has been amazing and I couldn't be happier working with them but just wondering how anyone else gets around this to not disappoint the customer? thanks Kayleigh

My current one ordered 10 days ago and still says in production. When we advertise the 1-2 working days dispatch, i get a little concerned.
To renew dead listings or not?
My listings are starting to come up to automatic renewal time. Obviously it depends on the design but do we renew them if they haven't had any interest. I've let my real naff ones end from my early days because I have learned a lot since starting out but renewing ones I think are OK but haven't had any interest i'm worried the automatic renewal listing fees will add up. Whats the general opinion here :) Thanks
DX delivery
Hi, I have recently made my first framed sale, it says for the delivery courier "DX", when i look on etsy there is no option for DX, when i click "other" and put in DX, etsy then says that the courier name is too short. So i tried putting DX delivery, then etsy allowed it. However when i put the tracking number in and then went back to the main page with all my completed ordered it says "no tracking" i think this is because Etsy doesnt recognise DX as a courier, does anyone know what i should put as the courier name that will mean etsy recognises it as a delivery courier? Any help would be much appreciated 😊

Tax allowance , what to do
Have recently gone over the £1000 threshold of side hustle income, what’s the smart step next would it be set up as a sole trader or can I save myself a bit of money from the taxman in another way?

@Samantha White is it quite easy and understandable to fill out a tax return. I didn't make many sales before April this year so i wont have much to send off
