Frame worries

Hey all!

I’ve just had an order come through for an oak frame in America. I’ve seen a few messages here of people saying they had issues with the frames a while ago as they arrived with foam backs etc and customers complained. I believe PS were sorting it? Has anyone had any issues recently?

Just worried about the quality as never sold a frame before 🫣
