Hi, one is my costumers wants to return an order. She ordered from germany. What do I have to do now? Where can she send it back to? How do I get my money back? Thanks for help!

Good morning from a very warm and sunny Lincolnshire, UK. Im just starting my Etsy journey. My style is mainly cottagecore, coquette style with a Vintage twist. Im currently trying to get my first collection up on Etsy and link with Printshrimp. My question is, do I upload to Etsy first with all the SKUs there and printshrimp will auto pick these up or do I manually need to do both ? Thanks Em.

Heyy, ahh exciting!! I started a month ago and unless someone tells me otherwise I believe you have to do both manually and make sure they match identically or when you receive orders PS won’t pick it up as a match. If you save your images as the SKU name you want to use you can bulk upload them to PS and they will name them what your image is called. Hopefully that made some sense 😂

Hey guys, watch me use our software to: 1. Generate mockups 2. Generate title, description & tags 3. List to Etsy All in under 60 seconds!! This will be a paid feature of PrintShrimp. Hi everyone! I’ve launched my shop about 3 weeks ago now consistently posting 3 listings a day but haven’t seen many organic views so I’ve decided to see if Etsy ads will change anything. When people first started how much did you spend on ads per day? Has anyone got any advice on general on scaling. I think I’m at 63 listings currently. Do I focus on ads and pause on listings until first sale or keep adding listings?

@Peter Gordon thanks Peter. How long did it take you to get your first organic sale if you don’t mind me asking and how many listings did you have? Is there a correlation between amount of listings and sales would you say?
