Etsy sale refund
I’m hoping someone can advise me or has had something similar. A buyer has messaged me she ordered a large framed print so not cheap. She claims that she’s moved house and her order went to her old address. She is asking me for a refund on her order.
Where do I stand? Is it better just to refund her?
