Advice Needed
Hi y’all. Need a bit of advice on my Etsy shop. It’s been open for just over a month, however I ended up taking down my first 50 listings due to not being happy with them. I really like your designs, probably more than some of my own actually! It’s probably personal preference but I think the ones with someone hanging the art on the wall seem quite dark and it’s ruining how vibrant your art actually is. Also I have a terrible urge to shout at the woman to get out of the way so I can see the art. I think as an image it’s fine but as a main image it would stop me clicking on it. Also, your art has text on it that I can’t tell what it says or if it is in the font that I like so perhaps a really zoomed in images would work well on those for your 2nd or 3rd image. Chat gpt creates some great zoomed in images.

Etsy sale refund
I’m hoping someone can advise me or has had something similar. A buyer has messaged me she ordered a large framed print so not cheap. She claims that she’s moved house and her order went to her old address. She is asking me for a refund on her order. Where do I stand? Is it better just to refund her?

@Katy Hampson my worry is that I’m in my first month of sale with zero reviews. I’m worried that my only review will now be a bad one. I tried to message her an explain that the tracking showed it going to her old address and she would have had notification it was being delivered today. But she just said I will be taking this further with Etsy because your completely out of order not refunding me for this

Late shipping
How do you deal with orders that are shipped late? I’ve got an order from September 4th still showing as in production and understandably the buyer is frustrated. Etsy has stopped all my listings being shown and the order is marked as overdue. How do I resolve this ?

I’ve sent an email today but am worried I won’t get a reply until tomorrow. I’ve got no reviews on Etsy yet and I’m so worried my only review will end up a negative one.
