Digital Prints on the same listing?

Hi Guys!

I’m on my second sale and tinkering with pricing, and wanted to also add a digital print variation alongside the unframed/framed and sizing? Is this possible or does it need to be a separate listing? As when i tried it asked me for digital print unframed, oak frame, black frame, white frame etc which obviously doesn’t make sense
