Bottom line = red

Hi All,

Newbie here seeking wisdom before seeking solace in a bottle of wine.

I opened my POD Etsy shop in August and started making sales this month even selling a framed design, yay! However, my net profit on Etsy for the month, minus my supplier cost means I’m actually in the red. I know there’s still a few more days until the end of the month to make more sales but, I can’t help but feel hopeless and dejected when I look at the bottom line and see red, especially after all the creative energy, effort and time spent. There are so many wins shared here, which is inspiring, but in all honesty (despite my sales) I can’t help but feel like I’ve failed in some way. Any wisdom greatly welcomed.
