We are so pulled by our 5-bodily senses as we are impacted by see/hear/feel outside of us, and our past memories of what happened (keeps us throwing our past into our future)and our learned limitations from family and society. Our mental and emotional states can pull us away from our deepest inner wisdom and heart-felt truth. Our ego can keep us identified as a small, insecure, fearful individuals (sometimes shows up disguised as a superiority complex). What to do? We have to go beyond the senses, the mind, and the ego. How? When we go deep - past the conscious and even the subconscious mind (using the mind to control/discipline the mind and expand your awareness), we come to the deepest inner wisdom (often in very quiet moments). Our Inner-Truth is who we are - when we start to identify as That, we feel lighter as we free ourselves from the stories we know, and build us into the greatest possibility of Being (not being who we thought we were, just grant ourselves Being).
