Today we went to Mary Poppins (the musical) with my family and we all enjoyed it a lot... the 3 and 5 year old kids, my wife and myself.

I loved the supercalifragilisticexpialidocious song and it made me think about when I am in that state...

In my case I would say it's a state of deep satisfaction and joy which I get in when working on solving interesting questions, spending quality time with my family exploring new or known things, when training, when walking in the mountains, when having deep conversations and when meeting dear friends...unforgettable moments...you wish would last longer....you forget everything around and are fully focused and in a flow...

Is this a state you are in often? How and when do you get in that state, how would you define it?
