Can crises be opportunities?

Think of COVID and the need to reduce costs.... it allowed us to rethink and reorganize support in a way we wouldn't have done... and it made home office an option which in many cases it wasn't before... and it reduced some unnecessary business travel... of course there were terrible downsides unfortunately...

Every crisis is an opportunity to think out of the box and to find fast solutions that otherwise might take years...

I believe with AI with face a similar situation... So let's think of the good use cases that bring us further as humans and make them reality...
