Three Things Update
So today is the last day of March & I officially have challenged myself to do three things each day in April to move me towards the version of me I’m envisioning.
This morning as I came outside to do my devotional time, I saw my hand weights sitting there in the table. Low key taunting me.
I put them out on the patio about 3 years ago precisely because they would be easy to access, & theoretically, use.
Sadly that has not happened- until today!
I just thought- do 1 set of something. It’s a start, & if I do that thing first before my day has really gotten going…I’m ahead of the game!
So I did 25 reps of 2 different arm exercises. Does that count as 1 thing or 2!?!?! 🤓
We’ll see but I’m giving it a WIN 🥇 for today.
