I’ll go first! - Back on track with 3 things, including journaling them so I can track them Recording my first self study course- chaos to clarity -this is a 4 session self study course on managing our thoughts -eat well which means eating salad 🥗 at least 4X this week! Today was a solo coffee chat lol but I have no poblems talkin- even if it's just to myself! So I talked about how I'm doing Three Things and I went into a little more detail. Hope this is helpful!
