🌟 HAPPY MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND, MAMAS! 🌟
First, thank you to all who have served and sacrificed for our freedom. 🇺🇸 This weekend is meant to be enjoyed, and I want you to go ALL IN on it. The burgers, the potato salad, the s'mores...yes to all of it. But I also know that for a lot of us, a holiday weekend can feel like this anxious tug-of-war between "I want to enjoy this" and "I don't want to undo everything I've been working toward." So here's your permission slip AND your game plan: 🍽️ Eat the food. One BBQ does not derail your progress. Your body is not that fragile. ⏰ Keep your eating rhythm. Even on a fun day, try to eat every 2-3 hours so you're not arriving at the BBQ starving and eating everything in sight. 🥗 Protein + veggies first, then the fun stuff. You can have both. Just sequence it. 💧 Drink water between drinks. (You know the one 😂) 🚶♀️ Move your body in a way that feels good weather it's a morning walk or a swim. Movement doesn't have to be a workout to count. The goal was never perfection. It was building a life you love AND a body that feels good in it. This weekend is part of that life.
