Good morning! I am curious what everyone’s favorite supplement is. I’m talking you have to pick only one so this is the one that makes the most difference for you. I am already taking creatine & collagen. I don’t do a great job of eating enough fruits & veggies. Protein I do a pretty good job of consuming when I’m pretracking & preparing my own food.
So I want to start a gratitude journal. I've journal before. But not sure about a gratitude one. Do I just put im grateful for so and so or such and such? Or do I explain why im grateful for those things/people?
