High protein “lunch” or “snack”
Lunch on the go if you want to feel like your eating something and not just drinking a protein shake!! When I clean I don’t like to take to long for a “lunch break” and also I don’t want to touch anything with my hands even though I’m a nut about washing them!!! So this jarred vanilla yogurt with birthday cake protein powder is amazing!!! This is a double portion of yogurt! You could pair it with fruit for a yummy fruit dip that’s packed with protein!!!

@Heather Murphy with the vanilla yogurt it was on the sweeter side! I haven’t had it plain in a protein shake form I’ve only made protein donuts with it and they were not super sweet

I made my turkey meatballs with cauliflower rice in them and had a side of broccoli However like you @Ashlynn Dohman i wanted a piece of sourdough bread instead of a cupcake but I resisted bc I had a homemade SD bagel this am with brkfst and my goals are to cut back on SD this challenge lol

Nicole wobbles but she didn’t fall down 🤣🤣🤣🤣 well that was a shame to my single strength game however I’m excited to see how strong I can get in 6 weeks!!! Let’s go ladies who started the new challenge today WE CAN DO THIS!!!!! I had a big ol’ slice this morning with testing… 8 weeks of no strength training & last weeks stomach bug really gave me some perspective this morning during our challenge kick off testing.. but that’s ok, we are working to improve weaknesses this challenge! Happy Day 1 for those doing the challenge! Cannot wait to see us all stronger in 6 weeks! Mentally/physically & all around! 🩷 #gothrive
