Hip Popping
Hi Russ, I tried the morning mobility routine this morning. During the hip circles, as I rotated my leg outward, when my leg started to get close to the floor, I had a pop/crack in my hip. It’s hard to say exactly where, but it seemed deep inside, around where the leg and hip join. It was not painful, but it was very noticeable and happened consistently. The same area seems to act up a bit during squats. Do you have any suggestions for what could be causing that or what to do about it?

Did session 3 again today. Looking forward to trying out the session 4 on Thursday!
Next week's goals
After my last post I tweaked an old shoulder injury, so I have been doing a bit of running but not Pilates. I started again today and am posting my goals for next week to give myself some accountability. I'm going to aim for three sessions next week: Monday, Thursday, and Saturday.

Completed session 3 again this morning and it felt pretty good overall. My plan is to use one of the shorter sessions on Saturday to fill out this week and then to set some new goals for next week, perhaps moving on to session 4.

I went through the daily maintenance session this morning and met my goal for the week. This is the first week I've held myself to a weekly schedule for a while, so I'm going to put together a new plan for next week and post it again.
What Goals Have You Got For 2026 🚀
Not a fan of new years resolutions. But... Regardless of the fact it is a new year, I'm sure everyone has things they intend to achieve in the next 11.5 months. I do - I intend to finally finish my client portfolio and get my level 4 exercise for back pain specialist qualification - this has to be done by March anyway 😅 My Reformer level 3 should be done by February, garden studio built in March, offering 121 and 221 Reformer sessions by April. Refocus growth of my YouTube channel with the studio. Create a system to enable me to offer more support and resources to all members, to help every one get the results they are after. A dream - get a proper studio and one location for face to face sessions 🤷‍♂️ Another dream - do an Ironman 😅🏊‍♂️🚴‍♂️🏃‍♂️ I want to get my body fat down to around 14% and get in consistent cardio every week. There's more, but that's the key focus for now. What are you planning this year? Helps to get it written down as then you have to take action! Could be business/career related. Travel. Health/fitness. Anything really that you are happy to share then do so below 👇

Hi Russ, I’ve been doing sessions 1 and 2 about once a week for the past few months, and even just that much has been a big help. My goals are not as ambitious as yours, but I do hope to begin exercising more consistently and to unlock the rest of the sessions by the end of 2026. 😊 If I understand correctly, posting comments is how I’ll unlock the sessions, so here’s a start on that goal, and the consistency part is on me to work it into my schedule. But thanks for a great resource and the encouragement to take the next step!
