Good morning PFU family. On my scavenger hunt exercise for module 7 I found a couple of emerging fields that I found to be fascinating. These descriptions are straight out of the websites I found them. One of the wellness center I found these technologies is called Centner Wellness and is located right here in Miami.
Here are two I found most interesting technologies that use Ai.
The first one is the EE System - I first heard about this technology by Dr. Carrie Madej who survived a plane crash in Georgia a few years ago and she was on a podcast sharing her story of survival and recovery from multiple traumatic injuries. So this is what the website states how it works.
"The Energy Enhancement System™ (EESystem™) generates multiple bio-active life enhancing energy fields, including “scalar waves” which can allow cell regeneration, improve immune function, provide relief from pain, detoxify the body, elevate moods, and assist in balancing right and left hemispheres of the brain to increase energy levels."
Fascinating technology using meditation, light, frequency and energy to help heal the body.
The 2nd technology I found interesting is this CAROL Bike. It seems that this CAROL bike company has come up with an Ai version of the Peloton but with at twist. They claim that this bike uses Ai to increase your cardiovascular endurance by personalizing REHIT - Reduced Exertion High-Intensity Interval Training. The AI onboard the CAROL Bike leverages what it knows about you to increase or decrease your resistance, while shortening or lengthening your workout.
This is direct from one of the Centner wellness session - "CAROL BIKE - Supercharge your cardio and oxygen intake with CAROL Bike + LiveO2, a cutting-edge AI-powered HIIT system combined with oxygen-enhanced training for maximum endurance, metabolism boost, and recovery acceleration. This dynamic duo improves VO₂ max, cellular function, and overall fitness efficiency in just minutes. Train smarter, breathe better!"
On a personal note. In 2008 I had a hypertensive crisis at work where I had to be transported to the ER because of my BP was 210/100. I thought I was going to have a stroke because I actually experienced what is called a "thunderclap" in the middle of the night. I may have worked myself up because of that also. As part of my follow up my cardiologist ordered a genetics test and found that I was going to suffer from cardiovascular disease and he wanted to put me on BP meds and statin drugs. He did and I took them for about 3 months and never got used to it. I dropped the meds and decided to eat healthier and took up competitive mountain biking as a hobby. Well I've avoided meds since and I owe it to that DNA test and the wake up call.
The more I dive into Ai used in the right circumstances I feel that we can use it in a manner that enhances our bodies innate ability to heal. It is my understanding that Ai is programmed by our collective input. So if we can use it to overcome what is happening in the world today by creating awareness to how we naturally heal ourselves using the gifts that we have been given by our creator. Such as light, energy, frequency and meditation or prayer.
I'm excited for what the future holds with some of this new tech. I don't like the buzz work "biohacking" because there is no such thing IMO. But if we can tap into our own bodies innate system of operations at the cellular level using the the language of our own physiology, then lets go!
Love to hear what you guys have found interesting out there.
