Hi from Austria 🙌

Great to have a new platform and get even more connected and growing with you together. I am from the east of Austria and had the honour to be on the first cohort. Additional to my classes and trainings I give, I am a developer for websites, online shops and IT lead.

Wenn it comes to sports and health, i am state-certified sports instructor and certified Breathing coach. I own a small non-profit club for fitness and coordination oriented healthy martial art and movements for 6-99 year olds. Furthermore, I am doing martial arts (Thaiboxing and Eskrima) since 2004 and judo as a kid/teen. I am Co-Founder of Fitboxen and Neuroboxen® and runn classes and workshops for Breathing centered movement training, fitness boxing and neuroboxing as well as self-defense classes. Also love to play (beach-)volleyball once or twice per week. Furthermore, I am addicted to understand how the body and the mechanics behind are working and love to give the knowledge to others in simple own words.
