What I Learned (my task for 26/06/2026)
I have learnt about CRM, I have been hearing about CRM for years but since it wasn’t part of the platform I was working with while working with the bank, I really didn’t know what it entails and what it used for. But I have learned about the full meaning of CRM, it usage and it benefit to customers.
I also learned about the different Salesforce applications and their usage and impact in the Business sectors.
