Do not follow anybody to Team GAMMA if you don't have foundation in Team delta, please learn the basics in delta with a good understanding of object and field creation before you leave delta. Many of us are in GAMMA for the 5th time because we don't have delta foundation. Don't be like us, that is why I am sounding this . Learn once and for all in Team Delta before moving out.
