please can we have more enlighten on how to sign up for TRAILHEAD PLAYGROUND and where to login after sign up

I'm having challenges with my login into the Salesforce developer org. It keeps telling me my password is wrong. Yet, I click on reset my password, it supposedly sends the reset link to my email, unfortunately i dont get the said link. Admin help me out please. And on the trailhead sign up, when i log in, i dont see the exact platform that the coach @Godwin Mbah displayed on the video lesson. I need urgent assistance please.
