START HERE: Stay Booked Out For Weeks With Profitable Jobs
Welcome to OWNR OPS 🤝 If you own a land clearing or forestry business and you want to stay booked out weeks in advance with profitable jobs using simple systems, not shiny objects, you’re in the right place. This group and trainings are built around my simple operating system - Revamp your pricing so you generate profit on every job - Make the phone ring consistently with a simple 3‑Step Lead Engine - Track a simple weekly scorecard so you know if you’re winning or losing and exactly what to fix next I use this same playbook in my own $1.4M land clearing / forestry business and it’s what guys like Colby used to go from roughly $400k to $850k while staying 4–8 weeks booked out. Step 1 – Introduce yourself (do this now) Comment below with: - Your name - Where you’re based - What kind of work you do now (land clearing, forestry, fire mitigation, etc.) - How many weeks you’re currently booked out - Use the photo template I posted Step 2 – Unlock the Free Kickstarter Training Go to the Classroom tab and follow the steps to unlock the “Free Kickstarter Training" Video series module In it, you’ll learn how you can copy the simple operating system behind my 7 figure business: - Revamp your pricing so every crew‑day makes profit - Build a 3‑Step Lead Engine (how to make the phone ring) - Use a weekly scorecard to see if you’re winning or losing and what to fix next week Watch these lessons this week so the livestreams & posts inside here actually click. Step 3 – Book Your OPS Onboarding Call If you want my eyes on your numbers and a clear plan to stay booked out weeks in advance with profitable jobs, book an OPS Onboarding call here: 👉 [Book Onboarding Call] On that call we’ll: - Look at your current revenue, backlog, and weeks booked out - Find the biggest bottleneck in your business - See if you’re a fit for OPS Training, my weekly training program for land clearing and forestry owners

my name is Jamie Kaspar and my business is Texas Guardian Land Services. —-I live in Henrietta Texas, a small ranching community in north Texas. I’ll be operating in Clay, Wichita, Jack and Archer counties. —I’m in the starting phase and trying to decide whether to buy new equipment or used. Or even do monthly rental if that not a crazy thought. —No revenue yet but when i get started the goal is 30-50k —What is stopping me is getting over the sinking feeling about not having enough market interest. —I’m really enjoying reading all of your inspiring posts.

Hey everyone- Mills Snell, Columbia SC based. I bought a Kubota skid steer and Fecon mulching head for personal use, and now exploring putting it into service generating revenue to help offset some of the costs. I own a large commercial roofing business, and would leverage my existing employee base, other equipment/fleet, and network. Does anyone here have experience cross promoting forestry services with running a bandsaw? I’m finalizing an order with Woodmizer for a mobile bandsaw and curious if anyone has done them alongside each other? Thanks!

I'll be launching Brush Brawlers this August in Tacoma, WA
I'm relocating this fall to start this company with my brother. Building the brand and back end now. Claude has been so instrumental in running numbers, writing blog posts for seo and really giving me a clear picture on how to organize a cluttered mind. If you guys haven't used Claude I encourage it. The $20 a month pays for itself in 5 minutes. Great to be in a community full of winners. Let's all keep winning

A little better introduction:
My name is Kent Turner and I am from Mayfield KY. I currently own and operate Heartland ProGutters, LLC. I am primarily interested in starting a Skid Steer business because it seems like higher ticket service than seamless gutters. At first, I thought this could be another service that I can offer my local community. That's how I got started in gutters. I was primarily doing house washing and customers started asking for gutter cleaning, then repairs, and then replacement, so I ordered a machine and started hanging gutters. I thought it was going to be a side hustle to power washing and then gutter took over. I now have two machines and do residential and commercial jobs. You'll notice the box truck has a different phone number than the trailer. That's because the trailer was wrapped first and in the earlier days. When I first started I served portions of 5 states bordering West KY. Now, I stay in about a 40 mile radius. The point is: I had been looking at skid steer as something to supplement my current business but I can now see, that this may take over the way seamless gutters replaced power washing. This week, I should file for a new LLC and begin having a website built and getting a new Google Business Profile and a companion Facebook Page. It looks like I may have to rent a machine in order to get some before and after content but renting a machine won't be this week. My first Weekly Scorecard will show a negative until I am able to confidently start offering services to the public. BTW, if you are in an area close to me, feel free to reach out. There is more than enough work to go around. We're better off as friends than enemies. If you have a breakdown, I can help. I would like to be able to call someone if I have a breakdown. Customer service pays dividends in the long run. Rescheduling a service feels like I am not keeping my word. "A good name is more desirable than great riches; favor is better than silver and gold" Proverbs 22:1 Aight then...
