Wanted to show you actual numbers from a real Meta campaign we just ran in a brand new market for forestry mulching services.
No crazy funnel:
  • One simple video ad (shot on iPhone)
  • Clear offer: “Forestry mulching & brush clearing for overgrown Texas land”
  • Lead form → phone call → estimate → job.
Reporting period: Feb 3 – Feb 12, 2026
Here’s what happened:
  • Ad spend: $475
  • Total leads: 19
  • Average cost per lead (CPL): $25.00
  • Average leads per active day: ~2 leads/day
  • Best day CPL: $15.92 (Feb 10)
  • Best lead days: Feb 9 & 10 (3 leads each)
Engagement:
  • CTR: ~1.5–2.8% (healthy for local service)
  • Frequency: 1.1–1.3 (no audience burnout)
  • Reach increased on stronger days – momentum building
Best‑performing creative:
  • Creative type: Video (simple, shot on iPhone)
  • Leads from this single video: 10
  • Spend on that video: $203.30
  • This ONE video is pulling the bulk of results.
We also only used about half of the budget capacity we could have. There is clear room to scale.
