W2 Exit Strategy for career engineer.
Hey all! Just started last month with my land clearing company Monte Sano Land Co. out of Huntsville Alabama. Looking forward to learning and growing with all of you!

@Thomas Loiselle So far I have 1 job complete which is a friend of ours. So far I have put out a FB Marketplace ad and have 1 customer lined up from that. Working on the ads now for Meta and for Google and will see how those go. Currently I just rent equipment (Saves on overhead) and already have a 3/4ton truck. Just need the leads and the jobs!

Contracts T's & C's?
Does anyone use a contract signed by the customer to agree on what is being done, cost, address, etc? If so do you also have a legal portion with Terms and Conditions on it that you make the customer sign when accepting the down payment?

Did the free training just change? i was about 3/4 through and now it seems super short and not as in depth as last week?

Estimate formatting question
What do your estimates look like? Is it a total price with a job description or is like items with Project cost Mobilization Contingency

Same here as Jerad. They only see the total cost with a description of the work to be completed.

Radio Ads?
I realize that one of the biggest focuses of this group is advertising via Facebook and google, but I was on my way to my W2 job 𤎠this morning listening to the radio and was thinking about if it would be effective to run radio ads? Has anyone done this or considered this?
