Hey friends 👋🏽 I thought I’d introduce myself. I’m Bronty, and if I had to sum myself up in one line, it would be: stronger than I ever realised. My journey with mental health started young. Anxiety has always been part of my life, and at times it’s shown up as full-blown panic disorder. I’ve had seasons where panic attacks ruled my days and depression made it hard to get out of bed. On top of that, I’m neurodivergent, and for years I masked just to get by, which led to endless cycles of burnout. I’ve also lived through toxic and controlling relationships that left me feeling like I was failing at life. But here’s the thing, I didn’t break. I left the life that was destroying me, I discovered who I really am and I started to truly know myself. Now I'm understanding my triggers, my values, and the tools to help me through the hard days. I’m also a mum, and honestly? Parenting while healing yourself has been the hardest but most meaningful thing I’ve ever done. Helping my daughter learn about her emotions while I’m still figuring out my own has taught me resilience like nothing else. I’m definitely still a work in progress, but I’m proud of how far I’ve come. From surviving to actually living. Excited to be here with you all 🌻🌞

Hello beautiful OKC members! If you haven't seen on our socials, we have a 30-day Self-care Challenge opening on the 8th of September!! I highly encourage you to join, it's free (so you really don't have an excuse...), and it's for you. I've spent the last 30 days doing these activities for myself, and have noticed a huge shift in my mental, emotional, and even physical, energy and perspectives. I want you to think about this for a second: *What would your life look like if you actually stuck to self-care for 30 days straight?* Not a massive overhaul. Not another “all-or-nothing” plan. Just small, doable actions that remind you to breathe, slow down, and put yourself back on the list. This is what the challenge was created for. This is NOT about perfection. If you miss a day, just pick it back up. It’s about building consistency, reconnecting with yourself, and noticing the difference even the smallest shifts make.
