I've been slack with stretching, yoga and moving my body recently so this was a very nice practice 🙂 always feel so refreshed after movement!

I honestly can't believe I've made it this far! I've slipped a little along the way, but picked myself back up and refocusing. I'm finding it easier to do the practices and noticing them showing up through my day! One thing I'm grateful for, is this challenge! It's helped so much so far, and I'm excited to see how I keep going 🌻
Day 19 Recap
Here's some of my own: What natural elements bring me the most peace? - Water, specifically the ocean. I love the sensation of floating weightlessly with the sun on my skin. Where did I spend time in nature today? How did it make me feel? - I'm currently at the dog park, with Charlie 🐶, and it's one that is covered by trees, with lots of bird calls and dogs! - I'm here at a quieter time, there's a beautiful breeze and I'm parked up on a bench watching charlie explore in the grass around me. I feel calm and content. Happy to be just here. *How was your day 19?*

I've spent the last 3 days, in my backyard, on a picnic rug with a gazebo, soaking in nature. I originally did it as my daughter is unwell and I wanted to get outside of a sick house. But now learning this, it makes sense why I feel so good! So grounded and me. 🌻🌻

Day 18, I am finding myself getting better with this idea of rest. I am a busy mum and always used to feel guilty for resting and slowing when I needed to. I still do, but I'm reminding myself that I can and need to 🌻
