Hello beautiful OKC members!
If you haven't seen on our socials, we have a 30-day Self-care Challenge opening on the 8th of September!!
I highly encourage you to join, it's free (so you really don't have an excuse...), and it's for you. I've spent the last 30 days doing these activities for myself, and have noticed a huge shift in my mental, emotional, and even physical, energy and perspectives.
I want you to think about this for a second:
*What would your life look like if you actually stuck to self-care for 30 days straight?*
Not a massive overhaul. Not another “all-or-nothing” plan. Just small, doable actions that remind you to breathe, slow down, and put yourself back on the list.
This is what the challenge was created for.
This is NOT about perfection. If you miss a day, just pick it back up. It’s about building consistency, reconnecting with yourself, and noticing the difference even the smallest shifts make.
