Hello beautiful OKC members! If you haven't seen on our socials, we have a 30-day Self-care Challenge opening on the 8th of September!! I highly encourage you to join, it's free (so you really don't have an excuse...), and it's for you. I've spent the last 30 days doing these activities for myself, and have noticed a huge shift in my mental, emotional, and even physical, energy and perspectives. I want you to think about this for a second: *What would your life look like if you actually stuck to self-care for 30 days straight?* Not a massive overhaul. Not another “all-or-nothing” plan. Just small, doable actions that remind you to breathe, slow down, and put yourself back on the list. This is what the challenge was created for. This is NOT about perfection. If you miss a day, just pick it back up. It’s about building consistency, reconnecting with yourself, and noticing the difference even the smallest shifts make. You can find the challenge in the "classroom tab", it's open to everyone and videos will be released each day starting on the 8th of September! See you in there xx Holl

Day 19 Recap
Here's some of my own: What natural elements bring me the most peace? - Water, specifically the ocean. I love the sensation of floating weightlessly with the sun on my skin. Where did I spend time in nature today? How did it make me feel? - I'm currently at the dog park, with Charlie 🐶, and it's one that is covered by trees, with lots of bird calls and dogs! - I'm here at a quieter time, there's a beautiful breeze and I'm parked up on a bench watching charlie explore in the grass around me. I feel calm and content. Happy to be just here. *How was your day 19?*
