5KM Outdoor Run
Hello everyone,
As promised I am planning an outdoor run now that I have done my half marathon race.
I have attached a poll to this post with 3 options for start times this Sunday May 31st.
We would be meeting at Ottawa City Hall at the Laurier entrance, parking is only $2.
Please let me know if you will be able to attend.
I will slowly increase distance over the coming weeks to help people get to 10KM.
