Outdoor Canal Run - 5KM Sunday May 31 @ 12:00 PM Meet at: 110 Laurier Ave W (City Hall) Route: We will run along the canal from city hall to Canal Ritz and back. I will get everyone to do a quick warm up before. All paces welcome!! Rain or shine! Parking: City Hall has parking for $2 Please comment if you will be coming.

Hello everyone, As promised I am planning an outdoor run now that I have done my half marathon race. I have attached a poll to this post with 3 options for start times this Sunday May 31st. We would be meeting at Ottawa City Hall at the Laurier entrance, parking is only $2. Please let me know if you will be able to attend. I will slowly increase distance over the coming weeks to help people get to 10KM.
