I know a lot of people have different schedules and live in different areas of the city so I try and book different locations and times to accommodate as many people as possible! If there is a time or day that works better for you, please let me know! We have been doing weekends, but if there is a lot of interest, I can look in to weekday time slots!

Unfortunately wasn’t my day today for the shuttle run. Didn’t pass But it was amazing to meet all the candidates who are starting out or already in the process. Whether I become an officer or not; I am genuinely happy to know you people are future cops of the city. For those that passed today, you guys killed it! All the best for the future! Hi everyone! I know many of you are participating in the June Shuttle run, so I will not be hosting a practice this upcoming weekend. However I have booked for the following weekend! It is a great way to see where you're at, possibly prepare for your July shuttle Run, and meet like-minded people working towards the same goals! Hope to see you there! Shuttle Run Practice: Saturday June 13th Time : 10:00 am - 11:00 am Location: LaCité Athletic Facitlity: 801 Aviation Pkwy, Building H - Athletic Facility, Ottawa ON K1K 4B2 Parking is free, It is the first building on the right near the big LA CITÉ sign. $8-12 each depending how many join. 🔥COMMENT IF YOU'RE COMING 🔥 Note: I would like people to take commenting that you'll be there as a commitment. Last time, I had many no-shows, which unfortunately affects the cost of the booking. I am hoping that we get a good turn out and cheer each other on, however if there is still continuing no-shows, I may have to start asking for pre-payments, which is not something I'd love to do. I understand things come up, but with these practices, please be professional and communicate to me if you are unable to make it. Thank you 😊
