Hi everyone, please let me know what day works best for you for next weekend. I'm going to be booking our next gym and want to make sure I'm booking a time that works best 😊 Location will be determined by gym availability, but will either be Kanata (near the CTC), Pinecrest area (near Ikea), or La Cité in St Laurent. I'm still looking into doing an evening weekday session, so stay tuned for that (feel free to comment a weekday day that would work best)

I know a lot of people have different schedules and live in different areas of the city so I try and book different locations and times to accommodate as many people as possible! If there is a time or day that works better for you, please let me know! We have been doing weekends, but if there is a lot of interest, I can look in to weekday time slots!
