I'm currently training to get to level 7 of the shuttle run. Getting closer 💪 and hoping to pass very soon. I'm motivated by so many people in this group - keep it up 💯

Update! We are booked! Shuttle Run Practice May 23rd Time : 10:00am-11:00am Location: Kanata Private School Academy 180 huntmar drive The gym door entrance is at the front of school, far left door facing the school - I'll prop it open It will be about $7-10 each depending on how many people join. 😊 Please comment below if you are coming! - Remember it is Ottawa Race Weekend. If you're coming from downtown, plan for more traffic due to road closures.

@Kristin Black yes, we had only 3 people (including myself) and not only is the cost of the gym an issue, it was also quite hard to stay motivated when running in a silent gym - but you guys did great regardless. One of the best parts of running with a group is the encouragement and the push you get training with like-minded people. Shout to to @Odion Areghan for hitting level 6 and @Gregory Louisy for getting to LEVEL 7!

Edit*** We are booked for Saturday May 9th @9am Location: la cite athletic college Located in the basketball gym, not police fit gym. 801 Aviation Parkway, Ottawa, ON K1K 4R3 I suggest getting there 10-15 mins early so that you can find the building. Parking is free Fee for practice: $ 9-12 each depending how many join. Remember, you need to keep up your running even when you pass the test!!!! Keep up with your fitness.
