If I was to book a gym for one of these days, what day works best for you. We will run the beep test, do some running drills, and some speed work :) Feel free to add any time that works best in the comments

Hi everyone! I was asked this weekend to post some tips and information about running for those in Skool. I am curious what people may like to see. I am currently training to do the full Ironman next year here in Ottawa. I certainly recommend joining different run groups across Ottawa and am happy to share some of the ones I go to, specifically I go to the 25th on Thursday evenings. Please comment below what you would like to see, as I am more than happy to give tips and advice on what has helped me pass my shuttle run and upkeep my fitness at a high standard where I am able to surpass the shuttle run requirements.
