Besides the Acai fruit all other ingredients will be determined by your liking's🫶🏻 In a food processor I mix Acai, a little bit of frozen strawberries and bananas, along with flax seeds, chia seeds, a little vanilla yogurt(for sweetness), and about a 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt, add a little milk as well Once mixed and to the thickness you like add your toppingsss, my go tos Peanutbutter Bananas Strawberries Mixed nuts Honey Granola Dark chocolate chips

This recipe is for a double batch! They’re thick asfff😉😂 2 softened butter sticks 1 cup sugar 1 cup brown sugar 2 eggs Splash of vanilla 1 tsp baking powder 1 tsp baking soda 1 tsp salt 1 tsp cinnamon 2 cup flour optional(I put 1/2 cup peanutbutter protein)still = 2 cups 3 cups oats 1 cup dark chocolate chips 350 for 20 min or golden brown on edges Enjooyyyyy a delicious treat! You’ve earned it!🫶🏻🧚🏼

Who doesn’t love chicken Alfredo 😍😍 add some chicken broth to the sauce annddd🤌🏼🤌🏼 I love adding chicken broth to any chicken dish I can just makes it more flavorful 🤤🤤 Anybody have any favorite ingredients of theirs they like to add to their dishes???

Peanutbutter chocolate banana bread
You can make this the traditional way oooorrr add more flavor and have a nutrient packed little snacky snack! 😉 Mix dry ingredients in separate bowl 2 cups all purpose flour 1tsp salt 1tsp baking powder 1tsp baking soda In mixer Add 1 softened stick of butter 1/2 c sugar 1/2 c honey 1/4 to 1/2 cup peanutbutter 2 room temp eggs 3 bananas 1 cup dark chocolate chips Add dry ingredients slowly Grease pan, bake at 350 for 1 hour or until it passes the tooth pick test🥰😘🧚🏼

Brewing something in the crock pot all winter long! 🥘 ❣️protein ❣️veggies ❣️carbs ❣️fats The more colorful the meal the better of a variety you’re getting in nutrients! 😜🫶🏻 Recipe: Add beef broth and seasoning of choice to crock pot on low Dry pot roast with paper towels Seer each side on stove top, should be light brown Add to crock pot on low for 6-8hrs or until it pulls apart easily Prepare veggies/potatoes I used:red potatoes, green onion, red onion, carrots, celery, jalepeno, parsley Pull meat apart Add veggies of choice and potatoes Add enough water to cover about 2 cups Keep on low for another 3 hours or until potatoes are tender Enjoy!!!🫶🏻
