The fun thing about cooking is you learn there’s never one way to do it! You can tweak one way or another to your tasting 😉 Cook meat of choice Seasonings I use:garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, salt Add chopped onion, garlic, after cooking for a bit add chopped tomatoes Once meat and veggies are cooked to your liking add your sauce! I used a pinch of Worcestershire, 1/2 jar to 1 jar raos tomato basil sauce,(you can just use tomato paste if you like) 1 cup beef broth Add noodles of choice Bring to boil Cook noodles at boil about 10min Add milk and cheese to thinken sauce Turn stove top to lower heat til it thickens Turn off stove let cool with lid on Enjoy!!!🫶🏻💖

Bread 🤩
Bread at home hits different than store bought 😏 Have you ever read the ingredients on a bread label at the store???? It’s VERY long and half the stuff you can’t even pronounce🤦‍♀️ I don’t make this this all the time, it’s a great skill I’ve come to love though, it’s delicious and nutritious! 🤤🍞 Makes 2 loaves❤️ 1.5 cup warm milk, 1/2 cup warm water Mix with tbsp of sugar & 1.5 tbsp active dry yeast Activate for 5-10 minutes (I aim for the ten minutes) Mix 6 cups of flour(i do 2c all purpose,4c artisan), 1/4 cup honey, 2.5 tsp salt, 1/4 cup melted butter, and one egg Knead for 5 minutes, rest to allow gluten to activate, knead 10 more minutes Drizzle oil over ball of dough, cover bowl and let rise for 1 hour or so 💥PUNCH💥 Divide dough in half & shape into loaf pans Let rise for another hour or so Bake at 350 for about 35 minutes or until golden brown!
