Pot Roast
Brewing something in the crock pot all winter long! 🥘

The more colorful the meal the better of a variety you’re getting in nutrients! 😜🫶🏻
Recipe:
Add beef broth and seasoning of choice to crock pot on low
Dry pot roast with paper towels
Seer each side on stove top, should be light brown
Add to crock pot on low for 6-8hrs or until it pulls apart easily
Prepare veggies/potatoes
I used:red potatoes, green onion, red onion, carrots, celery, jalepeno, parsley
Pull meat apart
Add veggies of choice and potatoes
Add enough water to cover about 2 cups
Keep on low for another 3 hours or until potatoes are tender
Enjoy!!!🫶🏻
