Fat Loss Fundamentals Course Live!
Something I've been building for a while is finally live, and I wanted this community (and those on my email list) to be the first to know. It's in the Classroom tab: https://www.skool.com/nutritionxfitnesscollective/classroom The course helps highlight the core framework I use with every coaching client who wants to lose fat without an extreme diet. It covers: - Why most fat loss attempts fail (and what to do instead) - How to set up your calories and protein without obsessing over every number - The training side — what actually moves the needle vs. what's noise - How to make it sustainable long-term It's built for people who are done with the restart cycle and want to actually understand the principles well enough that they don't need another program six months from now. If you go through it and have questions, drop them here — happy to answer anything in the comments. And if you know someone who keeps spinning their wheels on fat loss, send it their way. It's free, so there's zero friction.

Generic Ozempic will be coming to Canada soon...
A lot of people are asking me about this — so here's the honest version, not the hype. The medication works. The clinical data is real. ~15% body weight loss over 68 weeks is significant, and for people who qualify, it can be genuinely life-changing. But here's what the ads won't tell you: 1. Up to 40% of the weight lost on GLP-1 medications can be lean muscle mass — not fat. If you're not eating enough protein and resistance training throughout, you're shrinking, not improving your body composition. 2. The medication quiets food noise. It doesn't teach you how to eat. Which is why most people regain the weight within a year of stopping — without the habits to support it. My position: it's a powerful tool that works best alongside a solid nutrition strategy. Not instead of one. For more information watch the video I made about it. For discussion: post any question in the comments and I'd be happy to discuss.

What's a regular task that you don't like doing?
I'll go first: despite being a Registered Dietitian, getting groceries is something that I hate doing sometimes. Mostly due to the time it takes, having to drive there, etc. And, you have to do it every week sometimes haha #firstworldproblems
