A QC observation...
Hi everyone! It's Valeria again. ๐Ÿ˜Š
One of the things I notice almost every day while reviewing scanbacks is that signers sometimes don't sign using their regular signature.
Instead, they'll print their name or sign in a way that doesn't resemble the signature on their ID.
As a general rule, signers should sign using their legal signature, the one they normally use and that matches their identification.
Of course, there are exceptions, and some title companies may have specific instructions. If something doesn't seem right or you're unsure, it's always best to check on the instructions or reach out to the hiring company before completing the signing.
